AP- Delaware County, PA
A Delaware County man
says that a portrait
found in his attic validates
his claim that his family
can be directly tied to
the founding father,
Benjamin Franklin. “The
portrait is indisputably
familiar looking,” said
a relative of the man,
who wished to remain
anonymous. “Tough to deny
it.”
Philadelphia Historical
Society president Joe
Stalin (no relation)
said that, “While the
portrait is indeed
interesting, it bears no
weight in the real world.”
“Ridiculous,” responded
the unnamed relative.
“I’d say the same thing
if my name were Joseph
Stalin.” Stalin could not
be reached for rebuttal.
